Five buyer questions. It does not publish prices or MOQ.

Do you take OEM / ODM?: Yes. Color, logo and carton on the current scooter and kart molds. Send a file with the inquiry. Unlicensed character art is refused. Sampling about 10–15 days. Mass production about 20–30 days after written sign-off. Both windows are confirmed in the inquiry.
Which marks can you show?: Vehicles: CE, EN71, UKCA, EN IEC 62115. Batteries: CE, UN38.3, MSDS. Names and icons only. Files are not downloads. Originals, if needed, go with the inquiry or the contract. This site does not claim ASTM, CPSIA or UL for children’s vehicles.
How do I inquire?: Use the form, email, or WhatsApp. Vehicles: jessica@shengxingpower.com. Batteries: lixiulan@shengxingpower.com. WhatsApp +86 178 2063 4496. Working hours Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 (UTC+8). Aim: reply within 24 hours in those hours, or the next business day’s 24-hour window. An automatic receipt is not a quote.
What about the United States?: We may export to the United States. The buyer confirms local rules. The site does not say the goods are US-certified or approved for the US market.
How is lead time set?: The 10–15 / 20–30 day notes are indications. Firm dates, T/T schedule and EXW or FOB sit in the written inquiry. They are not a rate card on this site.
