Privacy Policy
This draft describes how Dongguan Shengxing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shengxing”, “we”) handles personal data when you use shengxingpower.com or send a wholesale inquiry. It is written for the first version of the site: English only, no customer accounts, no online payment, no newsletter.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
We collect what you type into an inquiry or send by email / WhatsApp. Typical fields are name, company, email, phone, country, product type, products of interest, quantity range, voltage or capacity for batteries, certification needs, a description, and files you attach (PDF, JPG, DWG, up to 10 MB each). We do not ask for card numbers or login passwords. This site does not create a user account.
Server or hosting logs may keep an IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and to keep the site up. If Google Analytics or Search Console is later switched on, those tools will see device and page-view data under Google’s terms. Until that is confirmed, treat analytics as optional and not yet live.
3. Why we use it
- To read and answer a wholesale or OEM inquiry.
- To route children’s-vehicle messages to jessica@shengxingpower.com and battery messages to lixiulan@shengxingpower.com.
- To send the automatic English receipt that the form is set up to send.
- To keep a business record of the inquiry in email, which is the first-version record. There is no separate CRM.
- To protect the form against spam (Cloudflare Turnstile, or an equivalent).
We do not send marketing mail from this site, so there is no unsubscribe list. We do not sell inquiry data.
4. Who sees it
Shengxing staff who handle the relevant product line. Hosting, email (Tencent Exmail on this domain), and any spam filter we add. We do not publish inquiries. We may share data if a law or court in China requires it, or if we must defend a claim. Factory address details beyond “Zhejiang, China” are not collected from you for publication.
5. Where it is stored
The company is in China. If you write from the EU, UK or another country, your message is transferred to China to be answered. Email is kept as ordinary business correspondence. We do not state a public deletion clock on this draft; if you want a message removed from the live mailbox, write to the same address you used and ask.
6. Cookies
The first-version pages are static. A cookie will appear if we add a spam widget or analytics. Then this section will name the cookie and the vendor. You can block cookies in the browser; the inquiry form may then fail the spam check.
7. Children
This site is for wholesale buyers and importers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Product pages describe children’s vehicles; they are not a shop for a child to use.
8. Your requests
You may ask what we hold about your inquiry, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a message that is still only an inquiry. Write to jessica@shengxingpower.com (vehicles) or lixiulan@shengxingpower.com (batteries). We will answer on a business-day timetable: within 24 hours during Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 (UTC+8), or the next business day’s 24-hour window if you write outside those hours. If a contract or export file must be kept under Chinese bookkeeping rules, we will say so.
9. Changes
If the live site starts taking payments, accounts, or marketing mail, this policy must be rewritten before that launch. This draft is for the inquiry-only site described in the September 2026 specification.
