Terms of Use

These terms cover the public website at shengxingpower.com, operated by Dongguan Shengxing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The site is an English catalogue and inquiry channel for children’s vehicles, with a separate lithium-battery module. It is not a shop. Sending an inquiry does not create an order.

1. What the site is for

You may read product facts, factory facts, certification names, and OEM process notes, then send a wholesale or OEM inquiry. You may not scrape the site to build a competing catalogue, or use the pages as if they were a consumer store for a child to buy from.

2. No prices, no cart, no account

Prices, MOQ, capacity figures and a binding delivery date are not published. Any 10–15 day sampling window or 20–30 day mass-production window on the OEM page is an indication and is confirmed in writing after you inquire. Payment, if a contract is later signed, is T/T. Trade terms discussed on the site are EXW or FOB; the port, insurance and schedule are not set by these web pages.

3. Product facts

Dimensions, weights, battery figures and feature lists come from Shengxing’s current specification sheets. A later mold or film change can move a number. Color photos are factory materials; they are not a promise that every wrap remains in the next season. Kids Scooter age on this site is 3–9 years.

4. Certifications and markets

The site may show the names and marks CE, EN71, UKCA and EN IEC 62115 for children’s vehicles, and CE, UN38.3 and MSDS for batteries. Certificate files are not downloads. Originals, if needed, are handled in the inquiry or the contract. The site does not claim ASTM, CPSIA, CPSC or UL for children’s vehicles, and does not say the goods are approved for the United States. Goods may be exported to the United States; the buyer confirms local rules. Disney names, marks and licensed character art do not appear on this site and must not be sent to us as OEM artwork.

5. OEM files you send

If you send a logo, carton mark or deck film, you warrant that you have the right to use it. Shengxing may refuse a file that copies a third-party character or brand we are not licensed to print. You keep ownership of your brand files. Shengxing keeps ownership of molds, process know-how and the site photographs, unless a written OEM contract says otherwise.

6. Inquiries

Use a work email and a company name. Children’s-vehicle inquiries go to jessica@shengxingpower.com. Battery inquiries go to lixiulan@shengxingpower.com. WhatsApp +86 178 2063 4496 is an additional channel, not a 24-hour hotline. An automatic receipt is not a quote. Staff aim to reply within 24 hours in Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 (UTC+8), or in the next business day’s 24-hour window.

7. Lithium batteries module

The battery pages are a side module on the same domain. They do not change the children’s-vehicle terms above. Battery custom items shown only as category cards have no separate specification page on this site.

8. Site content

Text, layout and factory photographs on this site belong to Shengxing or are used with permission from the materials folder. You may share a page link. You may not copy the catalogue into another commercial site. Product images are factory photographs; they must not be treated as stock photos of another brand’s goods.

9. Disclaimer

The site is provided as information for buyers who will contract in writing. Shengxing is not liable for a decision you make only from a web page, for a hosting outage, or for a third-party tool (maps, spam check, analytics) that later sits on the page. Nothing on the site is a consumer warranty to a child or a parent.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Courts in Dongguan, Guangdong have jurisdiction, unless a later signed contract names another forum. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
